Mit "Anpacken. Für ein engagiertes Rott am Inn" sei vor allem die Förderung des ehrenamtlichen Engagements verbunden. Neben der ganz allgemeinen Förderungen von Vereinen und Feuerwehr sei hier insbesondere die Sportförderung als einendes Element der Gemeinde zu verstehen, sowie das Ziel, Kultur in Rott erlebbar und auch für Touristen attraktiv zu machen. Zudem solle das soziale Miteinander, insbesondere für die Schwächeren in der Gemeinde gestärkt werden. Im dritten großen Themenkomplex geht es mit dem Motto "Anpacken. Für ein lebendiges Rott am Inn" um die Schaffung von attraktiven Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Stärkung des Tourismus durch verbessertes Ortsmarketing, sowie die Förderung der Wirtschaft durch verlässliche Gewerbesteuern. Zudem setzt sich die Rotter CSU für die Förderung einer erfolgsorientierten und zukunftsfähigen Landwirtschaft ein. Als kleines "Schmankerl" zur Abrundung des touristischen Angebots brachte Lemmrich noch die Errichtung eines Franz-Josef Strauß-Museums ins Gespräch, dessen Umsetzbarkeit geprüft werden sollte.

Einstimmig verabschiedete die Mitgliederversammlung der CSU Rott am Inn das nun vorgestellte Wahlprogramm für die Kommunalwahl im kommenden Jahr. "Anpacken. Für Rott am Inn" ist dabei das Motto unter das die CSU ihren Wahlkampf stellen wird."Anpacken. Für ein Familienfreundliches Rott am Inn" ist hierbei der erste von insgesamt drei großen Themenkomplexen. Bürgermeisterkandidat Florian Lemmrich erläuterte hierzu die Schwerpunkte, die bei der Schulhaussanierung, der Ausweitung der Kinderbetreuung auch in den Ferien, einem soliden Einheimischenmodell für kostengünstiges Bauland sowie sicheren Schulwegen durch sinnvolle Querungshilfen liegen. Außerdem wolle sich Lemmrich für die Verlängerung der Buslinie Aßling-Schalldorf bis Rott einsetzen, wozu er bereits erste Gespräche geführt habe.
