Volles Nebenzimmer beim Stechl beim Solarvortrag der Rotter CSU. Referent Martin Kaltenhauser-Barth ist seit 20 Jahren Energieberater und stellte im Vortrag die aktuelle Technik und Regeln für die Nutzung von Photovoltaikanlagen vor. Außerdem gab er einen Überblick zur Solarthermie und weiteren erneuerbaren Energien und zu den aktuellen Förderprogrammen. Auch in Zukunft will die CSU Rott Vorträge und Diskussionen zu aktuellen Themen bieten.

„Wir alle haben gemerkt, dass es eben nicht egal ist, wer regiert“, resümierte Landtagsdirektkandidat und amtierender Bezirksrat Sebastian Friesinger die bisher vierzehn Monate Ampel-Koalition in Berlin. Er war als Gast zur Jahreshauptversammlung des Rotter Ortsverbands der CSU gekommen und stellte in seiner Rede heraus, wofür er im Landtag eintreten will. Seine Schwerpunktthemen seien das Ehrenamt, die Landwirtschaft, das Thema Regionalvermarktung und die Entlastung des Mittelstands. Besonders stellte er den Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien heraus. Bayern sei hier bereits Vorreiter, vor allem bei der Wasserkraft, beim Biogas und bei der Photovoltaik. Trotzdem müsse der Ausbau massiv beschleunigt werden. Insbesondere seien dafür auch regionale Speichermöglichkeiten notwendig.
Er unterstütze außerdem mit voller Überzeugung die Klagen des Freistaats gegen die bisherige Form des Länderfinanzausgleichs und die Erbschaftssteuer. Letztere müsse hinsichtlich der Freibeträge regionalisiert werden, um Menschen in Hochpreisregionen wie Oberbayern nicht übermäßig zu belasten. „Es macht eben einen Unterschied, ob man ein Haus in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern oder Rosenheim vererben will. Wenn Familien und Betriebe hier in Schieflagen geraten, weil ein Haus auf dem Papier einfach viel wert ist und dementsprechend hohe Steuern anfallen, ist das ein großes Problem. Das trifft den ganz normalen, arbeitenden Mittelstand“, stellte Friesinger klar.
